Where do you ship?
Currently, we are shipping only to Canada and the continental US (including Hawaii), using various service levels from the postal service and UPS. Any other applicable customs/brokerage fees or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
How do I submit a custom color for Antron fleece?
Custom colors will be matched to Pantone colors and RIT color charts only. If you know the name and/or number of the color you want, please indicate that in the "Notes to Seller" box on the shopping cart page. Please be advised that we can only match colors using these charts. We cannot match colors from an image or other reference, as we are unable to guarantee the on-screen or print accuracy of the color.
Can I select colors for a scrap bag?
All our bags of scrap fabrics contain random colors. If you require more of a certain color, please leave a "Note to Seller" on the shopping cart page and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee your request.
How long does it take to process orders?
Depending on the item and availability, orders can sometimes be processed the same day, but can take up to a week or more for custom dying, etc.
